Cancellation & Refund Policy


Domestic Orders

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us at with the Order ID 
  2. For the cancelled order that has already been dispatched, the shipping and reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer only and the actual product value will be refunded on receiving the product in original condition

International Orders

  1. We shall update this section soon.

    If you received the product it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where there are defects found with the products


    Currently we do not have any exchange policy for international customers

    1. For Domestic Orders, refund will be made to the provided customers account within 10 working days upon receiving the original product from the customer
    1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at mentioning your Order ID
    2. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement of same product (if available) or another product of the same value is issued to you with no additional cost
    3. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
    4. For domestic customers the return should happen within 7 working days after mailing us

    Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

    1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
    2. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
